Welcome to Truppraisal, a software product provided by Truppraisal LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our software, you ("user" or "you") agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our software.

- Tool for CMA Report Preparation
Truppraisal is a tool for real estate agents to use in the preparation of a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report. The tool does not provide a final value nor does it derive value. Users are encouraged to exercise their professional judgment when interpreting the results.
- Not for Real Estate Transactions
This product is not meant to be relied upon for real estate transactions. Users should conduct thorough due diligence and consult with appropriate professionals before engaging in any real estate transactions.
- User Input Responsibility
The user is the party inputting data into the Truppraisal system and is, therefore, solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Truppraisal LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data inputted by the user.

Any information used or provided within the Truppraisal system is owned by Truppraisal LLC. This includes contact information, final reports, addresses, and any other data inputted into the system.
